Losing my vipassana virginity

In March 2017, I attended (and completed) the 10-day vipassana course offered by the SN Goenka vipassana institute.

Oddly, it’s left me more confused than ever. I can say with absolute certainty that I’m a spiritual agnostic: I don’t know if I believe in karma, and I’ve kind of stopped giving a fuck now. I don’t know if there’s a divine entity. I’m not sure I want to invest 2 hours a day untying the knots of my karma, thank you very much.

Kintu, I want to improve concentration and focus. So I still try to do some vipassana.

I started taking mental notes for this piece published by Arre during the course itself.

Let me know what you think!
